When does the challenge start?

We kick off January 6th, 2025! But you can join now and get started with our 7-day Kickstart program or single workout library! It's the perfect way to build momentum before we begin!

How much does the challenge cost? 

Start with a 7-day FREE trial! After that, it's just $14.99/month for full access to everything, challenge workouts, community support, and all app features. Want to save? Our annual plan for $124.99 (only $0.34 per day!). Plus, you can cancel anytime!

What if I'm a total beginner?

You're in the right place! Every single workout includes step-by-step guidance. Whether you've never picked up a dumbbell or you're getting back into fitness after a break, we've got you covered. Remember, we all start somewhere!

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is effective, only 35-45 minutes! You'll choose 4 workouts per week (plus an optional 5th if you're feeling extra motivated). Don't worry, if you can only commit to 3 days, we've got a modified split that works perfectly for that too!

What equipment do I need?

We are all about flexibility! You can complete these workouts at home or in the gym. For home workouts, you'll need dumbbells and a bench (the floor works too!). No fancy equipment required.

What if I need to miss a workout?

Life happens! That's why LIFT is flexible, you can adjust your schedule week by week. We encourage consistency, so just get back at it when you can! Remember, consistency over perfection!

How do the prizes work?
